RESERVATION

I-SANG WELCOMES THE GUESTS

FROM MONDAY TO SATURDAY FROM 6PM TO 11PM

1. RESERVATION

Reservations are opened 60 days in advance.

For parties of more than 6 guests, please email us at info@isangbkk.com.

Our dress code is smart casual with appropriate footwear.

2. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY

By making your reservation, all guests are agreed to the terms and conditions set up by the restaurant policy.

At Restaurant I-Sang, we request all the bookings to be responsible for payment of 3,980++(4,684.46)THB per person, additional charges can be settled at the restaurant.

Any change or rescheduling of your reservation is required to be notified by email (info@isangbkk.com) 72 hours prior to your reservation to avoid any fees.

For cancellation,

if you cancel your booking less than 3 days prior to your dine-in date, you will be charged 100% of the booking fee.

If you cancel your booking 4 days prior to your dine-in date, you will be charged 50% of the booking fee.

If you cancel your booking more than 5 days prior to your dine-in date, you will not be charged any of the booking fee.

**Please note that the 10% administration fee is non-refundable in all cases.

3. TASTING MENU

At Restaurant I-Sang, we offer an 8-course tasting menu only. All diners within a group are required to participate in the tasting menu, including children and this would ensure all guests enjoy the harmonious service.

Please note that your booked table is reserved for 2.50 hours, so any late arrival might result in a shortened experience.

Menus are subject to change based on seasonal availability without prior notification.

The selected menu can only be served when the whole party is seated for an optimal dining experience.

4. FOOD ALLERGY

Kindly indicate your dietary restriction (if any) and/or any special occasion arrangement (if needed) upon making the reservation within 72 hours minimum prior to your dine-in date to ensure your best experience. Delayed allergy notifications may lead to a lack of viable alternation.

Please kindly be noted that currently we are unable to accommodate the following dietary restrictions; gluten-free, onion or garlic allergy and vegan.

5. CORKAGE POLICY

To bring your own bottles of wine, we do have a corkage fee of 2,000 THB ++ per a 750ml-standard wine bottle.

Please note that this fee will be waived by purchasing one bottle from us for each one bottle you bring along.

6. CHILD POLICY

We welcome children with age 6 or above to the restaurant and participate in the tasting menu.
